Hours and Appointments
Contact PRCAC or your caseworker before your visit to confirm the appointment time, arrival instructions, and any paperwork or information you may need to bring.
Accessibility
PRCAC strives to accommodate visitors with disabilities and other support needs. Share any needed accommodations with your caseworker or PRCAC before the appointment whenever possible.
Language Support
Translation and interpretation services may be arranged when needed. Families should request language assistance in advance so the appropriate support can be prepared.

A space designed for comfort and support
PRCAC’s center is designed to provide children and caregivers with a private, welcoming, and child-friendly environment. From the moment a family arrives, staff are available to explain the process, answer questions, and connect caregivers with support and helpful information.
